In this mobile CCG (Collectible Card Game), I held the role of Art Production Manager.

Responsibilities Included:
- Manage the art production during the game's life cycle, including: prototype, development and live-ops;
- Coordinate the asset production with with external vendors and internal artists;
- UI development during pre-production and prototype phases;
- Collaborate on the creation and integration of assets and UI;
- Provide guidance between the art, marketing, engineers and design teams so production moves forward in a collaborative, healthy and strong manner;
- Ensure schedules and plans meet business needs;
